Hi PagerDuty Community!
We are dropping in to let you know that we are making some changes to how our support organization interacts with the community space. To better help all of our customers here, we are moving to one source of support.
What this means for the community:
- Our PagerDuty Support team will no longer be monitoring and responding to support questions in the forums beginning September 1, 2022.
- This will become a community moderated channel for you all to help each other, share your best practices, and how you have overcome any challenges with implementation, or niche use cases.
- PagerDuty Support will be for PagerDuty customers only and can be reached through https://www.pagerduty.com/support/ or emailing support@pagerduty.com
- We have an extensive Knowledge Base that is still available and accessible to you in the forums here and answers our most common questions from PagerDuty customers.
- We will rename this section to Community Help
We hope you will use this change as a way to deepen the connections you all have as a PagerDuty community of users leveraging our platform. Our community team isn’t going anywhere, but we hope to see new friendships and connections forming throughout the forums enhancing and strengthening what we have already been working to build. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to answer them here.
